DOOL spoilers reveal that Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) money-making secret suddenly won’t be so profitable anymore now that Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty) is fed up with the marriage mess Leo’s causing.
Soon she’ll announce that she’s officially cutting him off, especially after the confrontation with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) at the Salem Inn, where she has to explain herself. It looks like that’ll be part of why Leo goes to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and divulges a world-shifting secret.
In the weekly preview video for DOOL, it’s revealed that Leo is finally going to spill the secret he’s been hiding, and EJ reacts rather violently. He grabs Leo by the neck and that’s how the expose all starts.

He will disclose that EJ and Nicole DiMera’s (Arianne Zucker) son is alive, but there’s a major twist in the story that he’s unaware of. While viewers know that Eric is the real father of Nicole’s child, Sloan has gone to great lengths to keep this information under wraps.
After Leo spills the beans about the fake adoption to EJ, he will storm into Sloan’s apartment and confront her for taking his son away.
However, Sloan will inevitably admit that she rigged the original DNA test and altered the genetic report; if EJ doesn’t believe Sloan, she can remind him Nicole had Jude Brady tested.
This was when she suspected he was her baby, and EJ’s sample was used for that DNA test and proved they weren’t related.

EJ may find it unbearable to imagine life without Nicole, especially considering the fact that this baby does not have any DiMera lineage.
